  Applied, & was processed & approved for a home equity line of credit loan to replace my current home mortgage loan, w/o being charged any fees whatsoever for this home equity line of credit loan, thru Lydia Marcos at this branch in only 1 1/2 weeks, which was the absolute fastest I have ever been processed for any home loan or refinance loan! I was also welcomed to this bank as a new customer with phone calls received from 4 different bank employees after I opened my accounts here; & to see if I had any questions or needed any assistance, which I've never experienced w/any other banks throughout my lifetime! Everyone who was involved, and who also helped to process my home loan here gave me superb service, too! I highly recommend this bank & the service given to me by all of the employees here at this branch! You guys all " rock"!
